Max Ramseyer is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Hellenic College Holy Cross and a Neuroscience Research Analyst at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Brigham. With a focus on neuropsychology, he teaches courses including “The Neuroscience of Purpose in Life,” “Introduction to Statistics,” and “Research Methods.” In his role as a research analyst, he investigates how Purpose in Life functions as a cognitive resilience factor against Alzheimer’s-related cognitive decline, working with MRI data and neuropsychological measures. He is certified in MRI scanning at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging and develops end-to-end neuro-imaging analysis pipelines. Additionally, he serves as a Teaching Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, co-teaching graduate courses on Adult Development and the “Immunity to Change” method, helping professionals drive transformative change in their lives and careers. He is collaborating with the Next Level Lab on the Experiences of Awe and Meaning at Work project.
