Katie Kanofyeva is a seasoned management consultant with over a decade of experience guiding business transformations across diverse industries and organizations. Her journey has taken her from prominent consulting firms like Accenture and PwC to boutique consultancies in the US, UK, and Russia. Katie is deeply passionate about people’s development and engagement, continually seeking personal growth. Armed with a graduate degree in Economics and an undergraduate background in Applied Mathematics and Physics, she brings a solid analytical foundation to her work with businesses. Currently, Katie is a graduate student pursuing a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School. She also continues to serve clients as part of the World Wide Technology Consulting team. When not occupied with her professional and academic pursuits, she enjoys spending quality time with her two young children and dedicates the remainder of her free time to training for triathlons.
