Jingwen Shan graduated from HGSE with an Ed.M. in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology program in 2023. Her research interests focused on digital youth, human computer interaction, user experience design, VR simulation, and learning analytics. At HGSE, she worked for the Open Education Research Project at Gutman Library as a user research assistant. She graduated from East China Normal University in 2021, where she focused on inquiry-based learning in Virtual Reality and instructional design in digital contexts. Previously she worked for Microsoft Xiaoying and AimWriting in Microsoft Research Asia (Innovation Engineering Group), which is the Edtech product providing English learners with AI pronunciation practice and personalized writing support based on NLP and LLM.
