Jeff Bachman earned an Ed.M. in Human Development and Education from HGSE in 2025. For the past ten years, Jeff has worked as an English teacher with learners of all levels in Boston, Lowell, Newburyport, and Hanoi, Vietnam. Jeff has led initiatives in multiple schools to integrate social emotional learning practices into curriculum and instruction, ran workshops on the adoption of the principles for Universal Design for Learning, and is passionate about engaging adult learner communities in exploring reflective practices in order to inspire and guide organizational change. He has an MAT from the Charles Sposato Graduate School of Education, and a BA in English from the University of Louisville. During his time with the Next Level Lab, Jeff was a research assistant on the Experiences of Awe and Meaning at Work project.
