
Hilla Inbar is an Affiliated Research Assistant at the Next Level Lab at Harvard University, bringing experience at the intersection of strategy, behavioral science, and creativity. Outside of academia, she works with Bolster Group on data-driven strategy for global film and music clients, and has previously held roles in marketing and communications with L’Oréal’s luxury division and DifferenThinking. At Harvard, she served as Vice President of Education for the Behavioral Strategy Group, where she applied behavioral insights to real-world challenges. Trained as a musician at the University of Melbourne Conservatorium, with her final year at Harvard College, she continues to perform and compose music, showcasing how she blends analytical rigor with creative expression in her research and professional work.
