Emma Fields holds an Ed.M. from HGSE in Learning Design, Innovation and Technology and a B.A in Elementary Education from Clemson University. As a Research Assistant at the Next Level Lab, she supported the Amygdala Hijack and Reflecting on Reflection studies. Prior to HGSE, she worked as an educator in international schools in Hong Kong, Spain, the Dominican Republic, and her home country of the USA and has been a Technology, Yearbook, Science, ESL, and Elementary Classroom Teacher. Using her experience working in Digital Marketing and Social Media, Emma integrated technology into the classroom on a daily basis for students to use diverse media and technology to create, explore, and experience content in deep, meaningful ways. She is passionate about helping teachers implement technology and deeper learning curriculums in the classroom. In her free time, Emma enjoys traveling, photography, and playing sports.
