Amirali is an advisor at the World Bank specializing in reskilling, innovation, and the future of work. His expertise spans employment, entrepreneurship and economic development, leadership, learning and skills training, digital and green transformations, as well as leveraging emerging technologies for global impact. He has successfully designed and implemented innovative programs to address complex challenges associated with youth unemployment, climate adaptation and sustainability, civic engagement, social cohesion and mental health.
As the co-founder of Purpose Education Collective, Amirali spearheads reskilling programs that equip K-12 students and the workforce with essential tools to adapt and thrive in a world shaped by technological advancements and climate change. He holds a Master’s in Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
