Chenxu is a learning designer at the Next Level Lab, supporting the development of professional learning resources for workplace professionals and educators. She develops modules that translate cognitive science into workplace practices and help individuals become agentive learners by generating their “Fast Fish Learner Moves.” Chenxu is a graduate of the Human Development and Education program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She holds a BSc in Psychology and Education from University College London. She is also an accessibility specialist and a certified practitioner for learners with special needs. She is passionate about using the best learning science and an inclusive design thinking to generate learning resources that help the learners and their organization achieve their goals.
