Christine is a Principal Director in Accenture’s Talent & Organization Strategy practice where she helps organizations design effective strategies to attract, retain, and develop their talent. Her work focuses on workforce development, people analytics, and research. She has works with Accenture’s partners on various research activities, to include recently co-authoring two white papers with the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the New Economy and Society on the impact of large language models on jobs. Prior to joining Accenture, Christine was a high school physics and economics teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami, a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
