On April 15th, 2024, the Next Level Lab hosted a presentation by Dr. Karl Testor, Head of the Institute of Neurocognitive Sciences and Leadership in Austria.
The working environment provides plenty of opportunities for change — intentionally as well as sometimes externally driven. Rather than giving into the situation, we would like to be part of the creating force throughout such a development. In this talk, Dr. Testor discussed how creativity sciences and (neuro)cognitive insights can help us become more a creator than a sufferer of these processes.
